I very much enjoyed our past workshop “Back to the body” where we did a oysho meditation, cacao ceremony, biodynamic breathwork and trauma release and sound healing. It was a new experience to me in which i went in with no expectations. I felt the whole time very safe & exited to get in touch with myself which was achieved. To get into a meditative state in which you are just existing & not thinking nor imagining something is very hard. So i was pleasantly surprised by how „easy“ i got into a mediative state & was able to feel my body consciously. I especially liked the choices of meditation & carefulness that was present throughout the whole experience with Maria guiding. I would love to do it again & dive even deeper into my mind & body.

The workshop “Echoes of Presence” where we experience a Cacao Ceremony, Fluentbody and sound bath session. This 3 components, each one, completely different in nature, worked together in harmony to create an incredibly special experience.
From the moment I walked into the room, the atmosphere was open and comfortable and it was clear that Maria paid attention to every detail to make it so.It was my first time trying cacao, and Maria explained its benefits and properties with expertise. The drink was warming and delicious and I believe the ceremony was a perfect introduction to the session as it created an open and welcoming environment.

The Fluentbody was a spiritual experience which brought out an array of emotions that I had been subconsciously suppressing. I was in a state of stress before the session took place and I found that, once I let myself really relax into it, I left lighter and with a higher awareness of my body’s needs. Maria led the session with so much grace — tending to each individual’s needs with care.

Lastly, the sound healing was a beautiful ending to an emotionally charged evening. It promoted within me a sense of peace which helped me to sleep and handle stress better following the session. Again, Maria provided such a wonderful atmosphere which pleasantly stimulated many senses.

I can say with absolute certainty that I will not hesitate to return to any of Maria’s sessions. It was a beautiful experience that helped me in more ways than I could have imagined!

I had the opportunity to take part in a beautiful workshop "conecting with the Inner child" Cacao and sound healing ceremony "Conecting whith the Inner child", and it was a deeply profound and healing experience for me. The loving and mindful guidance created a safe space where I could fully open up. The sounds and the cacao touched something inside me that had been quiet for so long – I cried because the ceremony moved me so deeply. It was a release, a homecoming, a remembrance of what lives within me.

I was at the workshop "conecting with the Inner child"and from the moment the cacao and sound healing ceremony began, Maria cultivated a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put the group at ease. My experiences in Maria´s workshop "conecting with the Inner child" was so powerful, Maria created such a nice secure space where I felt I could be myself completely. She give us an introductions of the journey where we experience cacao, guide meditation, soft touch and sound healing.
The way she talked with a calm and soft voice and the way she showed us her presence even with small touching made me feel good and loved. The sound healing is very effective on my body and it always allouds me to bring the heaviness to the ground; but is also intense for the soul, emotions come out and new feelings get in by hearing Maria playing the different instruments.
